• As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be the face and voice of our bank in the marketplace.
• Your role goes beyond selling products—you will be a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right financial solutions for their needs.
• Every account you open, every product you recommend, and every relationship you nurture will directly contribute to our growth and our customers’ financial success.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell the bank’s products—such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking services—to individuals and SMEs.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist customers with account opening processes, ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Qualification: HND / B.Sc Degree.
• Age: 35 Max.
• Gender: Male and Female.
