Responsibilities

  • Ensure all relevant Financial Laws, Standards, Rules, and Regulations are implemented.
  • Prompt preparation of the client payment schedule and receipt.
  • Constantly confirm and update client documentation on the company’s database.
  • Preparation of monthly account statement and bank reconciliation.
  • Prompt remittance of all statutory deductions (PAYE, Withholding Tax, and Pensions) to the appropriate authorities.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll
  • Monitor all customer’s payment schedule and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecast obligations and recommend payment priorities.
  • Support annual audit and implement recommendations.

Requirements

  • A University Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy.
  • Candidate must have completed NYSC.
  • 1 – 2 years of cognate experience. A professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho, Sage, QuickBooks, etc. Detailed and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel tools.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of reports.
  • Qualified candidates should be within the age bracket of 22 – 26 years old.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must reside within Lekki-Ajah Axis.
