What You`ll Be Doing

  • Managing daily office operations
  • Handling records, reports & documentation
  • Coordinating procurement & office supplies
  • Scheduling meetings & internal communication
  • Preparing reports, presentations & official documents
  • Ensuring smooth compliance with company procedures.

We Need Someone Who

  • Holds a Degree in Business Admin / Office Management or related fields
  • Has 5+ years admin/office support experience
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Is strong in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Can handle confidential information professionally.

Bonus Points (Big Plus)

  • Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation & submission.
