Facility Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, security, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company buildings, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure are properly maintained and operate safely and efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, utilities, and facility equipment.
• Monitor the performance of contractors, vendors, and service providers engaged in facility-related services.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure facilities remain in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects within the facility.
• Manage facility support services, including power supply, water systems, waste management, cleaning, and security.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and facility performance records.
• Monitor facility budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Liaise with relevant departments to address facility-related concerns and requirements.
• Ensure emergency response systems and safety equipment are properly maintained and functional.
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in facility management, maintenance supervision, or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure management.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or HSE will be an added advantage.
