Business Developer

Our portfolio features two exceptional brands — Maa Althahab, an Egyptian luxury house rooted in Middle Eastern olfactive heritage, and Synthèse Atelier de Parfum, a Turkish niche house renowned for its high-concentration Extrait de Parfum creations. Together, they offer a rich selection of oriental, woody, floral, and amber compositions — carefully curated for the evolving tastes of the Nigerian market.

Job Summary 

• Fragrance Style and Co. is a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand seeking a motivated Business Developer to drive sales and expand our brand presence across Port Harcourt and Delta State.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across Port Harcourt and Delta
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesalers
• Drive revenue growth and meet monthly sales targets
• Represent the brand professionally at trade events and client meetings
• Conduct market visits and submit weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or business development
• Strong knowledge of the Port Harcourt and Delta markets
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics or lifestyle products is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be resident in Port Harcourt or Delta State.
