Key Responsibilities
- Perform general radiographic imaging as well as Ultrasound and CT scan procedures
- Prepare and position patients for imaging in accordance with standard protocols
- Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure quality control of images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic value
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient and imaging records
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or Diploma in Radiography / Medical Imaging
- Current registration and valid practicing license with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, including hands-on proficiency in Ultrasound and CT scan
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle patients of all ages
- Must be flexible with work hours and willing to cover weekends or public holidays as needed.
Work Conditions:
- This is a locum position (leave cover)
- May involve shift work or weekend duties
- Collaborate effectively with clinicians and other medical staff
- Report equipment issues and assist in basic maintenance
- Provide professional, compassionate care to all patients.
