Zephyr Interior Design Academy (ZIDA) is a professional training institution dedicated to preparing aspiring interior designers for success in the dynamic design industry. The academy focuses on delivering practical, industry‑aligned education that blends foundational theory with hands‑on skills and real‑world application.
Target Students: ZIDA Advanced Interior Design Class
Scope of Teaching (Must Cover All)
- Project management basics and fundamentals
- Project lifecycle in interior design and construction
- Scope definition, timelines, milestones
- Budgeting, costing, and cost control
- Procurement and vendor coordination
- Site coordination and supervision
- Risk management and problem solving on site
- Client communication and reporting
- Documentation, handover, and close-out
- Practical case studies from real projects.
Software Requirement (Mandatory):
- Practical teaching of Asana or Trello
- Task setup, timelines, dependencies
- Team collaboration and tracking
- Reporting and progress monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in interior design and or construction project management
- Proven site experience, not theory-only people
- Experience managing residential and commercial projects
- Comfortable teaching and simplifying complex concepts
- Familiar with Asana or Trello in real projects.

- Course outline
- Teaching slides
- Practical exercises
- Software walkthrough
- Student assignment or mini project.
