Job Summary

• We are seeking a legal associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide sound legal advice and support to the organization.

Requirements

• Educational & Professional Qualification: LLB degree and admission to the Nigerian Bar.
• Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Legal Counsel in either a law firm or corporate environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Legal Skills: Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and resolve legal issues proactively.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and precision in all work outputs.
• Professionalism: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
