- To facilitate VISA operational process, handle front office and back office operations
Experience and Requirements
- Education Requirement: Minimum of first degree in any discipline (statement of result not applicable. Original certificate must be available).
- 2-3 years’ experience in hotel management or customer service industry.
- Relevant experience in managing communication, coordinating operations and liaising with stakeholders in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to use online databases, data entry, CRM knowledge and digital IT security.
- Highly proficient in the use of German language (written and verbal). Must be able to prepare and presentreport in German Language.
