Operating primarily through counter-service and drive-thrus, it focuses on rapid food assembly from pre-prepared components, ensuring consistent, affordable meals delivered in minutes. Job Summary

• The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support Uncle Stan’s Foods’ marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
• The role involves designing digital and print materials that maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate the company’s products, promotions, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design:

• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Design promotional materials for campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
• Develop creative layouts for advertisements, banners, and marketing visuals.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all visual designs align with Uncle Stan’s Foods’ brand identity, colors, fonts, and style guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Marketing Support:

• Design promotional flyers, posters, and digital ads for marketing campaigns.
• Create menu boards, product visuals, and in-store marketing materials.
• Develop designs for packaging, labels, and branded merchandise.

Content Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator to produce visuals that support content strategies.
• Assist in creating graphics that complement video and photo content.

Creative Development:

• Generate innovative design ideas that enhance the brand’s visibility and appeal.
• Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
