Job Summary
- The Product Manager will develop, manage, and optimize financial products and services for the BDC (Bureau De Change) and other subsidiaries.
- You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensure compliance with CBN regulations, enhance customer experience, and support the group’s strategic growth through innovative, revenue-generating solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BDC and subsidiary business lines, ensuring alignment with company strategy, market needs, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Gather customer insights and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new product opportunities, operational improvements, and customer pain points.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product features and develop clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and iterate to optimize user experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management and Agile environments, with proven success in fintech or technology product launches.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
