Job Summary
- As the PlantHR Manager, you will provide strategic HR leadership across plant operations, driving workforce planning, industrial relations, compliance, and organizational development within a manufacturing and mining environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant operations and corporate objectives
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
- Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, and labor union matters where applicable
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
- Lead HR reporting, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing, plant, or mining environments
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is mandatory
- Proven experience managing industrial relations and large operational workforce structures
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
