- Are you an experienced Fleet Manager with strong operational and technical knowledge?
- We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and optimize our fleet operations in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the organization’s fleet to ensure maximum availability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling and deployment for studio operations, outside broadcasts, events, and field assignments.
- Ensure routine maintenance, insurance, registration, and regulatory compliance of all fleet vehicles.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle tracking systems, and driver performance to control costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and manage fleet budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Supervise and manage drivers, ensuring professionalism, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth daily operations.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of staff, guests, and broadcast equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in fleet or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repair processes.
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and work effectively with mechanics and service vendors.
- Proven experience in budget management, vendor negotiation, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Must possess strong mechanical knowledge.
