Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily garri production activities.
• Coordinate and monitor factory workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Monitor proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the factory.
• Keep basic production and inventory records.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in factory / production supervision.
• Experience in food processing or garri production is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Must be responsible, hands-on, and able to work in a factory environment.
