Grills Manager

Talent Towers – Our client is a reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand focused on delivering quality meals, great service, and consistent customer satisfaction across its growing network of outlets in the capacity of a grill manager.

Role Summary

• We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Grills Manager to lead our grill section.
• You will be the “custodian of flavor,” ensuring every item—from the first sizzle to the final plate—meets our gold standards for quality, safety, and presentation.
• If you have a passion for culinary excellence and the leadership skills to manage a fast-moving team, we want you on our deck.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily grill operations, ensuring all food is prepared to exact specifications and served promptly during peak and off-peak hours.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor grill staff, managing shifts and maintaining high morale in a high-temperature environment.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage of ingredients, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and used efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to maintain seamless service flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a grill-focused or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and grill-based cooking techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to culinary consistency.
