About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations, sales, and business growth for our PPR pipe products division.
- The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and sales activities, and drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence across different branches of the company and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of PPR pipe products
- Drive sales growth and expand distributor/client networks
- Manage budgets, costs, and overall P&L performance
- Lead and supervise cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics)
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years relevant experience in industrial products, or pipe/plastics distribution
- Proven experience managing operations and sales teams
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of supply chain management
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
