Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blowing & Shrink Machine Operator to join its production team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining PET bottle blowing and shrink wrapping machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PET bottle blowing and shrink wrapping machines in accordance with production schedules.
• Set up, adjust, and optimize machine parameters for maximum efficiency and product quality.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor machine faults and promptly report major technical issues.
• Ensure PET bottles and shrink-wrapped finished products meet company quality standards.
• Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and machine operation records.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the production area.
• Work closely with the maintenance, quality control, and production teams to achieve daily production targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND, Trade Test, SSCE, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience operating PET bottle blowing and shrink wrapping machines in an FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
