Responsibilities
- Boost tech adoption among seniors and support pensioners, pros
- Resolve technical issues and provide support
- Train seniors on digital tools and platforms
- Support public lectures and events with technical setup and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth tech operations
Requirements
- Strong technical skills, including hardware, software, and networking
- Patience and ability to work with seniors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
