Job Summary 

• We seek tech-savvy IT Support Staff to support our State Coordinator initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Boost tech adoption among seniors and support pensioners, pros
• Resolve technical issues and provide support
• Train seniors on digital tools and platforms
• Support public lectures and events with technical setup and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth tech operations

Requirements

• Strong technical skills, including hardware, software, and networking
• Patience and ability to work with seniors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
