Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile early to mid-level professional with content development and HR Research skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines HR expertise with research, analytical thinking, and exceptional writing and design skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing insightful HR-related research, crafting compelling business and career content, and designing visually engaging content and reports.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on HR trends, workforce analytics, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Develop data-driven reports and insights tailored for industry professionals and business leaders.
  • Write high-quality articles, including business and career-related articles, thought leadership pieces, and HR insights.
  • Adapt writing style for different audiences, including executives and professionals.
  • Create visually compelling reports, presentations, and infographics.
  • Transform data into easy-to-understand visual formats.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align research and content with business goals.
  • Contribute ideas for content strategy and thought leadership initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, research, and content writing.
  • Proven experience in producing research reports and professional articles.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills, as well as good writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Canva with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to present data in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
