Role Summary

The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all company locations, ensuring facilities are fully functional, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations across all locations.
  • Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
  • Supervise repairs and maintain maintenance records.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Track facility assets and manage inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Manage facilities budget and monitor expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare reports.
  • Ensure facilities align with brand image and ambience.
  • Oversee upgrades and improvements.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facilities or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and building systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
