Role Summary
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all company locations, ensuring facilities are fully functional, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across all locations.
- Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Supervise repairs and maintain maintenance records.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers.
- Monitor performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Track facility assets and manage inventory of supplies.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Manage facilities budget and monitor expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare reports.
- Ensure facilities align with brand image and ambience.
- Oversee upgrades and improvements.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and building systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
