Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to oversee stock management, ensure accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse and pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
- Conduct routine stock counts and periodic audits
- Monitor inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound stock
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on demand planning
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience in inventory management
- Prior experience in a health-tech company or pharmacy is highly preferred
- Medication knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
