- Our client is looking to hire a Head, Human Resources to lead its people function at a strategic level. This is a high-impact leadership role.
- We are specifically looking for candidates who have already operated at a senior HR level within fintech or a closely regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
What you’ll Own:
- Full HR leadership: strategy, structure, and execution
- Building and scaling HR systems for a growth-stage fintech company
- Talent architecture: hiring, retention, succession, and workforce planning
- Performance management frameworks and accountability structures
- Culture design aligned with business performance and regulatory expectations
- Compliance, governance, and risk management across the employee lifecycle
- Direct partnership with executive leadership on organizational decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with clear fintech or financial services exposure
- Prior experience operating at Head of HR / HR Lead level
- Demonstrated experience in scaling teams and building HR systems from the ground up
- Strong commercial awareness, you understand HR as a business driver, not just a support function
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Executive presence, sound judgment, and the confidence to challenge leadership when necessary
