Registered in 2017 but officially commenced operations in January 2018 with a capital of NGN25,000 from the founders room in Magodo, Lagos. The organization, which is fully bootstrapped, has moved beyond just being a business that the founder runs from his room to a business that hires 13 full time staff and 20+ part time staff without still raising external capital.
Job Description
- This role is not administrative. It is a strategic execution leadership role designed for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business development, programmes, and operations.
- As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Founding Partner/CEO as a trusted thought partner and execution lead, ensuring that priorities move from vision to action, clearly, consistently, and on time.
- You will help the organization work better, faster, and smarter by strengthening how decisions are made, how proposals are developed, how programmes are delivered, and how teams stay aligned. From shaping winning business development strategies to enforcing strong operational rhythms, this role acts as the connective tissue across leadership, sales, programmes, and platforms.
- This is ideal for a business generalist with strong judgment, high ownership, and the confidence to operate in complexity while driving clarity.
