Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee daily office administration and provide efficient logistical support.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating administrative activities, supporting staff and management, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
  • Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper asset tracking.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and utilization of official vehicles.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and conducive for work.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other official engagements.
  • Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements and business trip logistics when required.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Implement and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for company events and activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is an added advantage.
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Must be between 20 and 29 years of age.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of office administration and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
