Description

  • We are seeking an organized Accountant to join our team.
  • This role focuses on preparation and management of sales orders and invoices, accurate data capture/entry, document filing, and staff attendance tracking.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and issue Client invoices accurately and promptly based on approved sales orders, delivery.
  • Create and manage sales orders in the accounting/ERP system, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, and terms are applied.
  • Perform data capture and entry for all financial transactions, including sales.
  • Verify and reconcile sales orders against invoices, deliveries, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital) for invoices, sales orders and other financial documents for easy retrieval and audit compliance.
  • Track and record daily staff attendance, maintain attendance registers, and prepare related reports for HR purposes.
  • Assist with basic accounts receivable follow-up (e.g., tracking unpaid invoices and preparing simple reminders).
  • Support month-end closing by ensuring all invoices, sales orders, and data entries are up-to-date and properly documented.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to finance, such as scanning documents, organizing files, and responding to internal queries on invoices/sales order.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
  • 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in invoicing, sales order processing, data entry, and administrative support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and accounting software (Odoo).
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Strong filing and record-keeping abilities (both physical and electronic document management).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, invoicing cycles, and attendance/payroll documentation.
