Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified personnel across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management systems.
  • Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to build workforce capability.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning.
  • Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that supports ethics, safety and professionalism.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR Certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 – 7 years HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
