Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified personnel across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management systems.
- Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Coordinate training and development programs to build workforce capability.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning.
- Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that supports ethics, safety and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR Certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 – 7 years HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
