Role Summary
- Responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation between physical stock and system stock, while managing inventory records and coordinating with relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock daily/weekly
- Maintain accurate inventory records on company systems
- Investigate and resolve stock variances and losses
- Liaise with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Audit teams
- Ensure proper documentation of receipts, issues, returns, and transfers
- Support stock audits and month-end closing
- Enforce inventory control procedures and compliance.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 years experience.
- Strong system / ERP proficiency and data accuracy skills
- Good inter-departmental communication skills
- Experience in warehouse or FMCG inventory management preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
