What you will be doing

  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with the strategic objectives of Lily Hospitals, catering to the needs of both internal staff and external participants.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Training Academy, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum and materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for various healthcare disciplines, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary.
  • Explore opportunities for revenue generation through the Training Academy, including fee-based courses, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, educational institutions, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies to continuously improve the Training Academy offerings.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational
  • Development, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
    3-5 years experience in designing and implementing effective training programs, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and technology-driven training solutions.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of trainers and facilitators.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs that meet organizational objectives
  • Experience in budget management and revenue generation strategies.
