Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Present and promote company properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct site inspections and property tours.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of Abuja and/or Lagos property markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
