Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Must have 10 – 15 years of post-call experience in core litigation.
- The candidate must have experience appearing at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
- The candidate must possess excellent drafting skills in both Appellate and Respondent briefs and Notice of Appeals.
- The candidate must have acted in a supervisory role and have been a team lead concerning matters he/she has handled.
- The Candidate has skills in conducting trials from start to finish.
- The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and must exhibit good leadership traits.
- Must have strong knowledge of current court decisions of superior courts and statutes.
- Must have good interpersonal and team-playing skills
- Smart and committed Senior Associates with strong problem-solving and research skills.
