About The Role
- The Knight Frank Academy is a program designed to identify, train, and develop young graduates who desire to build a career in the real estate industry.
- The aim of the programme is to bridge the gap between the competency level of fresh graduates and what is required of entry-level professionals by leading estate surveyors and valuation firms.
- The masterclass sessions would be focused on core aspects of estate management, including valuations and advisory, real estate brokerage, property and facilities management, sales and marketing, communication, and a lot more courses on personal development. The course content is case-study-based to address challenges facing real estate practice.
- The program will run for three months, inclusive of internship placements at Knight Frank and other leading firms in the industry.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate of Estate Management, Building Construction, and Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical only)
- Applicants must be Nigerian, resident in Nigeria
- A graduate with a minimum of 2nd class lower division or its equivalent
- Possess 0-3 years post-NYSC experience
- Not older than 27 years on the date of application.
