Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

 

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND, or OND in a related field with 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
