Job Summary

• We are currently hiring skilled and experienced professionals to join our fashion production team in Asokoro, Abuja. This opportunity is open to individuals passionate about garment creation, detailing, and finishing, with a strong eye for quality and precision.
• Successful candidates will work across various stages of the production process, including garment construction, embellishment, and finishing, ensuring that all pieces meet our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, sew, and assemble garments with accuracy and attention to detail (Corset Tailors & Ready-to-Wear Tailors)
• Create and apply intricate beadwork and embellishments to garments (Beaders)
• Perform finishing touches such as hemming, ironing, trimming, and quality checks (Finishers/Weavers)
• Develop creative fashion illustrations and design concepts based on brand direction (Illustration Artists)
• Follow design specifications, patterns, and measurements precisely
• Maintain consistency in quality across all finished pieces
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in your specific area of specialization
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of fabrics, tools, and garment construction techniques
• Creativity and a strong sense of style (especially for illustration artists)
• Ability to take instructions and deliver high-quality results
