About the Role
- We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Anti-Scam Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will help protect our platform by identifying and preventing fraudulent activities.
- You will review seller profiles, conduct verification calls, and detect suspicious patterns that may indicate scam activity.
- This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer relations, customer success, or call center operations who have strong communication and investigative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification calls to sellers to confirm the authenticity of listings.
- Review seller accounts and profile details before engaging them.
- Use probing questions to verify product information and seller credibility.
- Identify red flags such as inconsistent information, unrealistic pricing, or suspicious payment requests.
- Document findings and escalate suspicious accounts when necessary.
- Work with internal teams to flag or block fraudulent users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, etc.).
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a call center environment is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
