Job Summary

  • This role requires a creative, proactive, and results-driven freelancer who will create compelling content and manage social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Youtube.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, reels, stories, and carousel posts, tailored to each platform
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Repurpose content such as blog posts, news articles, and video scripts for social media.
  • Write compelling captions that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify our reach.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay updated on trends in social media, immigration policies, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
  • Address sensitive issues with professionalism and ensure alignment with company values and policies.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of proven experience managing blogs and creating engaging content, including the use of AI tools to enhance content quality and output.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality graphics and edit engaging videos.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite for scheduling, monitoring, and optimizing content.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Buffer, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights.
