Job Summary

• IDMANN Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Economics Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in economics and help students understand economic principles and real-world applications.
• The ideal candidate will prepare students for academic excellence and examinations while fostering analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Economics in line with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
• Explain economic concepts, theories, and real-life applications.
• Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / B.Ed) in Economics, Economics Education or a related field.
• 2–3 years teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge in Economics.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Added Advantage:

• TRCN registration.
• Experience preparing students for WAEC/NECO examinations.
• Ability to relate economic concepts to real-world situations.
