HeartLens Studio is a new production company launching in Lagos. We cover weddings, corporate events, brand films, and podcasting.
The Role
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across our service lines — weddings, corporate events, brand films, and podcasting.
- Drive company growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and acquiring clients.
- Generating leads, conducting market research, pitching services/products, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets.
- You bridge sales, marketing, and relationship management to expand market presence.
- You sell. The team delivers.
- You are the face of HeartLens in Lagos while our founder manages business development internationally.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing work
- Confident, personable, and comfortable approaching people cold
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized — you track every lead and follow up without being told
- Based in Lagos with an active network
- Excited about being part of, and growing with a startup from the ground floor

Benefits
- 10% commission on every deal you close
- Monthly bonus of N20,000 – N30,000 when revenue targets are exceeded
