Job Summary
- The HRM/Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and office operations.
- This dual-focus role involves managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding—while ensuring the physical office environment is efficient, safe, and stocked.
- You are the primary point of contact for employee relations and the lead coordinator for company-wide administrative systems.
Human Resources Management:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting ads, screening resumes, interviewing, and conducting orientations for new hires.
- Policy Development: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook; ensure all company policies comply with current labor laws.
- Performance Management: Facilitate annual performance reviews and provide coaching to department heads on handling feedback.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee (or coordinate with finance) the monthly payroll, leave tracking, and health insurance administration.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for internal disputes and lead initiatives to improve company culture and morale.
- Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and relationships with vendors (cleaning, security, internet).
- Procurement: Manage the budget and ordering for office supplies, hardware, and furniture.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure the office meets health and safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents) and manage trade licenses or insurance renewals.
- Event Planning: Organize company retreats, holiday parties, and internal workshops.
- Executive Support: Occasionally provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership as needed.
