Fortis Mobile Money is a convenient, secure and actual account for all mobile phone users to send money and transact.
Role Objective
- To improve onboarding completion rates, reduce ticket backlog, and strengthen response efficiency across the customer experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC checks for new customer sign-ups
- Contact customers with incomplete documentation
- Resolve onboarding issues before escalation
- Provide first responses within a 5-minute SLA
- Support daily backlog review sessions (4:00 – 5:00 PM)
- Carry out proactive customer follow-ups
Requirements
- Must reside in Abuja
- Fluent in Hausa
- Currently serving (NYSC)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
