Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any related field
  • 1–3 years experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Must reside in or around Gwagwalada.
