Job Summary

• We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Product Brand Ambassador to join our team.
• We are seeking an energetic, confident, and outgoing Product Brand Ambassador to promote the POS product and increase brand awareness.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, acquiring new clients, demonstrating product features, and representing the brand professionally.

The Key Responsibilities

• Promote and create awareness of the POS product among prospective customers.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Represent thePOS brand professionally at client locations, events, activations, and other promotional activities.
• Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and functionality of the POS product to potential customers.
• Engage customers, answer basic product-related questions, and address initial enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and sales strategies.
• Meet assigned client acquisition and promotional targets.
• Submit regular reports on customer engagements, leads, and client acquisition activities.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Basic knowledge of technology and the ability to understand and explain digital products.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, product promotion, or brand ambassadorship will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
