Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants financial situations.
- Determine loan eligibilty and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Manage loan disbursement,collections, and repayment schedules.
- Provide financial advice and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records and documtation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve loan portfolio targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of loan origination and management processes
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
