Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
