Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure all systems function properly.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, elevators, and other facility equipment.
- Ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues and guest complaints.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify repair and maintenance needs.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment servicing.
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality service delivery.
- Negotiate maintenance contracts and service agreements where necessary.
