Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary contact.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, costs, and agreements to close sales and meet targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales progress, manage customer data in CRM, and report on performance.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through various channels like cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
