Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The role requires a friendly, professional, and well-organized individual who can manage front office operations efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image for the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, inquiries, and visitor records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and basic email usage).
  • Well-presented, polite, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
