Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The role requires a friendly, professional, and well-organized individual who can manage front office operations efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, inquiries, and visitor records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and basic email usage).
- Well-presented, polite, and customer-focused.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
