Job Summary
- The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our FMCG business.
- This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management within the FMCG sector and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs .
- Analyze operational performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement .
- Manage relationships with suppliers,vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to support business growth.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Should have basic knowledge of food processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, OND / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The applicant must live around Abuloma, Trans amadi axis or willing to relocate to this specific areas.
