Description
- We’re building a BeliefMarket community, a social battle game around different topics.
- We’re early-stage, creating a new category of expressive betting at the speed of culture.
- We’re looking for an on-chain growth and community lead who’s not just Web3 fluent, but knows how to engineer virality, tribal drama, and social betting loops.
Responsibilities
- Building a local physical and online community in Lagos
- Run weekly physical meetups in Lagos.
- Manage memebers to be active online community and in the platform.
- Create compelling narratives and engage members in those stories.
- Generate UGC for BM through the community
- Convert the local community into active users of the Belief Market platform.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experienced in hosting or leading meetups.
- Must have experience hosting regular meetups.
- Be able to work in fast-paced environments while being a perfectionist.
- Comfortable using Telegram and Discord for community engagement.
- Has 1k–5k engaged followers or a leadership role in a niche community.
- Comfortable defining KPIs (e.g. first‑bet %, WAU, referral conversion); experience in community analytics
Language Skills
- Proficient in English for effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to clearly explain algorithms and thought processes verbally and in written format without requiring AI help.
