Job Summary
- We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain to lead our procurement and supply chain operations at Atlas Contracting.
- As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll develop and implement sourcing and supply chain strategies that drive business growth, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage supplier relationships
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Strong understanding of sourcing and supply chain principles, including contract management and supplier relationship management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
