  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Provide product info and support
  • Meet customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patient and empathetic approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy
  • Preferably someone who stays close to Magodo.
